Not all payments are automatically refunded when services are canceled. Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the billing cycle, the account condition, and the timing of your cancellation request.
Products purchased from EnrolWeb may be refunded only if canceled within the refund period specified in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements, and some are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.
Only requests submitted through the Client Area are considered valid and will be reviewed by the company.
After cancellation becomes effective, EnrolWeb cannot be held responsible for loss of data due to suspension or termination.
If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it before your account is closed.
Once the account is closed, you are no longer eligible for a refund otherwise permitted under the policy.
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency and digital assets, transactions cannot be reversed and are subject to volatile exchange rates. Refunds are not available for products bought using cryptocurrency, tokens, or other digital assets.
If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, EnrolWeb may offer a refund to your account balance instead.
The standard refund offer is valid only for the first package purchased for billing accounts less than 30 days old.
Refunds are not available for accounts with more than one hosting order.
Plans purchased using a special promotion, promo code, or special discount link are non-refundable.
EnrolWeb offers a full refund on Shared, Reseller, and WordPress hosting fees if the plan is canceled within the first 30 days of opening the account.
This applies to monthly and annual plans. Biennial and triennial plans are not eligible for refund.
Yearly plans are refunded the current subscription cost within 30 days of annual subscription renewal.
Refunds are not available when canceling any contract period on an account with multiple Shared, Node.js, Reseller, or WordPress Hosting plans.
The offer is valid only for the first package purchased.
If your plan includes a free domain and you cancel within one year, the standard domain fee of $16.99 plus applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund.
VPS hosting plans are non-refundable immediately after purchase, regardless of cancellation date or billing cycle.
Upfront payments or funds added to your account credit balance cannot be refunded after the purchase of VPS services, though the remaining balance may be used for other services.
Hosting plans such as PHP, Node.js servers, and other hosting services not specifically mentioned above can be canceled within the first 30 days for a full refund.
Refunds are not available when canceling any contract period on an account with multiple hosting plans.

If an Expert Service has already been performed, it is non-refundable.
If it has not yet been performed, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the transaction date.
If you believe your billing or charges are incorrect, you must contact EnrolWeb in writing first, and both parties agree to work together to settle the billing conflict.
If a chargeback or PayPal dispute is initiated, the affected service(s) shall be suspended until the dispute is resolved. For reactivation, all pending payments must be cleared.
In addition to the outstanding balance, there may also be a chargeback fee depending on the case. Details may be provided in your billing ticket.
If a chargeback is initiated, your EnrolWeb account may be blocked, and you may lose access to all account data.
In cases of fraud-related chargebacks, the service will be discontinued permanently without recovery.
EnrolWeb reserves the right to dispute any chargeback by providing evidence of user authorization and service usage.
